Manual Stacker

A manual stacker is a type of material handling equipment used to lift and transport heavy loads. It is operated manually by a person and is typically used in applications where powered equipment is not necessary or not feasible.

The manual stacker consists of a hydraulic pump, a mast, and a set of forks that are used to lift and transport loads. The hydraulic pump is operated by a hand lever or foot pedal, which raises or lowers the mast and forks. The forks are inserted into pallets or other loads, and the manual stacker can then lift and move the load to a different location.

Manual stackers are commonly used in small warehouses, retail stores, and other applications where heavy loads need to be moved manually. They are ideal for lifting and transporting loads to and from shelves, mezzanines, and other elevated surfaces.

The advantage of a manual stacker is that it is compact, maneuverable, and can be operated by a single person. It is also a cost-effective alternative to powered equipment such as forklifts. However, manual stackers have a lower lifting capacity compared to powered equipment and are not suitable for lifting very heavy loads or for frequent use.
